My recent stay at a hotel near San Marco in Venice was fantastic! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Vaporetto stop and close to the main attractions. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. I especially loved the daily cleaning service and the cozy atmosphere. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with new instructions when we had trouble finding the place. Despite some initial confusion, we were able to navigate the narrow streets thanks to their guidance. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly service.

The hotel is centrally situated in a pleasant piazza, with easy access to popular attractions like St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. The suite we stayed in was generously sized, offering plenty of space for three people. Additionally, the small roof terrace provided a lovely view across the rooftops, including a glimpse of the iconic Campanille in the nearby piazza.

The reception for the hotel is rarely manned, requiring guests to use the reception of another property.

Clean room. In a good area (if you prefer to stay in San Marco) because it's quiet. The bed is comfortable. The front desk person at Piccola Fenice was really nice and helpful, and when she's not there you can get help at the main hotel Fenice a few steps away.

The bathroom towels are old and thin. For the price, I'd expect at least really good towels! I wish they had internet...

Conveniently located near Vaporetto stop in a small city. Cleaned daily, spacious enough for families. Good heating system, helpful staff provided new instructions and assistance. Tricky to find streets, but manageable. Lift available for luggage. Well-equipped kitchenette. Lovely view from roof terrace. Good shopping and dining options nearby.

A little tough to find the first time, but in comparison to other hotels in Venice it was well priced and in a great location. Just remember that everything in Venice is expensive. We would use this hotel again. Also we were pleased with the free wi-fi Internet acess.

it is not a hotel, it is your home in Venice, just a stroll from teatro la Fenice, piazza San Marco, Rialto bridge, many good restaurants in piazza san Angelo

The Hotel Piccola Fenice was a small gem nestled in a quiet alley, just a short walk away from St Marks Square. The rooms were spacious and had great facilities, including a kitchenette with a microwave. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with directions and recommendations. And the location was fantastic, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. It truly felt like living in an apartment in this vibrant city.
